Common Questions

Are there any other payment options?

Yes! Outside of traditional insurance, there are still ways you can lower costs or get some money back. First, Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) permit you to put aside money before taxes that can actually be used to help finance your care. Second, Out-of-Network benefits may help you to save money as well. See our related questions below for more information.

I have HSA/FSA. How do I use it?

1) If you have a HSA/FSA account with a connected card, you may use your card as payment when booking an appointment.

2) If you need to submit a receipt for HSA/FSA reimbursements, we'll make the process easy by providing you with an itemized receipt upon request.

I have a different insurance. Is there anything I can do?

Even though you are using Prairie Out-of-Network, you may be eligible for reimbursement through your Out-of-network benefits. If you are a part of a PPO plan, people typically report getting 60-80% of the cost of care reimbursed after meeting their deductible.
